Juan Alessandrini joined Cuartetango Music & Dance in 2019. He was first introduced to tango at the age of 10 and was part of one of the most important folklore festivals in Argentina “La Noche Mas Larga.” Being part of this festival inspired him to continue his tango training in Buenos Aires. After a few years, he was invited to teach in the United States at Carolina Zokalski and Diego Di Falco’s Authentic Argentine Tango School. For the last three years he has been actively teaching and performing at milongas and galas in the tri-state area. In New York he has performed with Leonardo Suarez Paz’s Cuartetango, and most recently participated in the show “Souls of Tango” and traveled to California to perform with the Camarada ensemble in San Diego. Juan enjoys dancing to traditional style tango, he believes the authentic principles of Argentine tango provides the best foundation for any tango dancer.
